A few SAS members also belong to the Urban Sketchers Southampton group, usually we meet up once a month at a venue (which is published on Face Book) We sketch our view of choice around the site for an hour or so, then meet in a nearby café to share our work and join in the group photo.
Obviously this has now had to stop, but good old Face Book has become the online meeting place for our virtual sketching fun. On our last meeting we were given a stupendous amount of photos of Ocean Village, and surrounds, which we enjoyed sketching/painting and then posted on Face Book.
