Programme of Events
We hold monthly demonstrations, talks and workshops in a relaxed, informal setting, with a diverse range of speakers, artists and teachers.
Whether you want to join or visit, all are welcome.
Membership costs just £30 a year, visitors are £5 per meeting.
Members joining after September pay a reduced rate of £15 to reflect the half-year programme.
We are on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible and refreshments are available. See below for further details of the venue.

Colin Brown
Colin Brown is a fine artist with a background in illustration, visualisation and design. Specialising in "street scenes" he takes inspiration from Fauvism and Impressionism. We are delighted to have Colin demonstrate for his debut visit to the society.

Ruth Ann Lewis
Paint-along - birds
We start the Autumn term with a demonstration by one of our most popular and prolific members, Ruth Lewis. Based in Hampshire, her beautiful and highly sought after work in mixed media is both reflective of her exceptional talent and creativity. Ruth will be leading an optional "Paint-along" on a bird theme watercolour, but please feel free to bring acrylics or your preferred mark maker and paper.
